Online Notarizations
As a certified online notary, Advanced Notary Solutions is experienced in performing certifiable and compliant virtual notarizations, as authorized by the Texas Secretary of State. Signers only need access to a smart phone, tablet, or computer.

This standard booking fee secures your appointment and includes servicing fees.
Application of Seal
$10
Documents containing multiple places where a notary seal is required will be charged for the first seal per page. Subsequent seals on the same page will cost $1.00, each.
Additional Signers
$3 / person
Multiple signers require additional document preparation. Additional signers are charged a base fee plus the fee(s) for Application of Seal.
Remote Notarizations
In-person notary appointments are based on availability and distance. Please confirm both during your free Meet Your Notary appointment. The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and many surrounding cities are included in our service area.

Additional Notary Services
Walk-In Notarizations
Walk-In notarizations are subject to posted hours of operation and must be accompanied by an approved reservation confirmation. Click on Walk-Ins at the bottom of the page to secure your appointment. Walk-Ins without an approved reservation will be rescheduled.

As a certified online notary, Advanced Notary Solutions is experienced in performing certifiable and compliant virtual notarizations, as authorized by the Texas Secretary of State, for clients physically present in other states. Signers only need access to a smart phone, tablet, or computer.

Advanced Notary Solutions: Loan Closings
Notary Signing Agent (NSA)
Advanced Notary Solutions is certified to perform notarial acts for home loan closings, reverse mortgage and refinance loan applications. Rates are subject to change based on the number of signers and volume of documents to notarize.

This standard booking fee secures your appointment and includes travel fees.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY: The booking fee is non-refundable if your notary appointment is canceled/rescheduled within 45 minutes from the scheduled appointment start time. Bookings canceled within 24 hours from purchase are fully refundable. All other cancellations are 50% refundable.
